MANET is conducting End Semester examination as per following rules framed by Y.C.M.O.U Nashik.
Maximum Number of Attempts: Only during valid registration period, students are allowed to appear maximum 4 times in end examinations, for all those courses where he/she is admitted by the university.
Exam Form Submission: But still each student, whether fresh or repeater has to submit duly filled examination form, for all those courses in which he/she wishes to appear for end examination.
Frequency of Examinations: End examination will be conducted for all courses once in a semester of 26 weeks. I-Card and Exam Hall Ticket: Students are not allowed to appear in End Examination without Identity Card and Exam Hall Ticket.
Standard of Passing: For any Degree Programme: For successful completion of any degree programme, a student should successfully complete (by securing at least 50% marks in the end examination or including by the way of course exemptions or credit transfer) all the specified for that programme.
Rules for Gracing and Condonation shall be as per the relevant ordinance of the university, which is common to all programmes.
Non-payment of Fees: During the end examination, admission to exam hall may be prohibited and /or examination results may be withheld, in case of non-payment of "University Programme Fee" and /or "study Centre Fee" and /or "Other Fee".
Report of Examination Results: Performance of the student will be reported in the Mark-Sheet in terms of actual marks and percentage. Student can improve his/her previous performance for any course by reappearing in End Examination. But, only the best of the past examination performance, of a student in any course will be reported in the Mark-Sheet. For reporting the consolidated performance of a student in the programme, the aggregate percentage of marks for all the specified courses shall be calculated.
Verification of Marks: The University does not undertake revaluation of answer scripts/sheets of any course. Only verification of marks is allowed on submission of an application form for the same, which will be available at the university web site. Such duly filled form should be sent directly to the Examination Section of University within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of declaration of result. 'Form and Verification Fee' will be Rs. 100/- (Rs one hundred only) for the Indian Students or US$25(Twenty Five only) for the foreign students, for each course, against the verification of marks. 'Form and verification fee' are payable only at the time of submission of the form.
Performance Improvement: Students may improve his examination performance, by reappearing in the end examination for any course, during the valid registration period. But, no performance improvement shall be allowed after of degree. Hence student should attempt for performance improvement before applying for the convocation.
ATKT Rules: Cadets are allowed to keep term as per the following rules:-
Cadets having backlog of 1st and 2nd year will not be promoted to the 3rd and 4th year respectively.
Attendance: For better chances of successful completion of the course, regular and full attendance for all counseling sessions is highly recommended to all students. Minimum 80% attendance shall be essential in the classes of each semester. Successful completion of all the specified practical activities and its certification by the respective counselor at study centre and programme coordinator shall be essential before end exam of that practical project work course.
